The Pittsburgh Pirates have traded outfielder Travis Snider to the Baltimore Orioles for left-handed pitcher Stephen Tarpley and a player to be named later. Tarpley was the Orioles’ third-round pick in the 2013 MLB draft. The 21-year old played his second professional season at low-A Abedereen in the Orioles system in 2014. Riverhounds announce first signings, preseason schedule & conference alignment
The Pittsburgh Riverhounds announced their pre-season schedule for the 2015 season on Tuesday. They will play seven pre-season matches against regional collegiate opponents while preparing for their fifth year in USL Pro and and 16th season overall.
