Crosby’s last-second goal helps Penguins topple Devils
Sidney Crosby is the Pittsburgh Penguins' (13-6-3) hero after a stellar performance on the ice. In the shootout, Kris Letang scored the only goal to lift Pittsburgh to the 4-3 win. New Jersey got the first goal of the game off the stick of Michael Cammalleri (his sixth goal of the season.) Penguins’ lack of consistency costs them vs. Wild
After yet another lopsided game — this one not turning out to be in the Pittsburgh Penguins' (12-6-3) favor — it appears consistency has become one of the Penguins' biggest issues. From the first drop of the puck, the Minnesota Wild (10-7-2) clearly outplayed Pittsburgh. Following a game where Pittsburgh put up a season high six goals, it allowed just as many from the Wild. Bad turnovers and slow reactions by netminder Marc-Andre Fleury certainly didn't help anything. Fleury had yet another ... Read More

Roethlisberger completed 14/20 passes for 221 yards and three touchdowns — he didn’t throw a single interception. Late in the fourth quarter, head coach Mike Tomlin decided not to let Roethlisberger embarrass the Colts any longer, so ... Read More

Steelers’ tight ends need to step up against the Colts
The Pittsburgh Steelers are trying to focus on getting back some momentum after their 24-9 win over the Cleveland Browns that quelled Pittsburgh's four-game losing streak. Sunday, the defense looked stellar, and, on offense, running back Le’Veon Bell lit up the Browns' defense for 146 rushing yards — he also had 55 receiving yards. But Bell hasn’t had many 100-plus rushing games this season (he did miss the first the first three games of the season with a drug-related suspension). So, ... Read More
